Kelly Rohrbach ditches her bikini to star in modern Baywatch remake

It's time for BAYWATCH!

The wait is over. After months of speculation about who would become the next C.J. Parker, we're happy to announce that our Rookie of the Year Kelly Rohrbach is set to be the modern version of the iconic Baywatch babe.

In a series of short clips on Instagram, Kelly joined Dwayne "The Rock" Johnson to officially reveal her latest role in the highly-anticipated movie. The two can be seen "getting into character" on the beach and joking around as The Rock tests our girl's slow-motion running skills, as well as her ability to be tough on set.

Pamela Anderson, who played C.J. Parker in the original TV series, told E! News back in October that she'd been hearing of a remake for 15 years and would "believe it when [she] sees it." She also called herself "irreplaceable," explaining that "No one could play [her]." Sounds like Kelly has her work cut our for her!
